Ingredients
- •3 chinese eggplants (alternatively use lotus root)
- •1 box of 五花肉
- •葱末
- •盐
- •五香粉
- •生抽
- •料酒
- •淀粉
- •胡椒粉
- •一盒 tempura 粉
Instructions
- 1.Mix all the ingredients together
- 2.Cut up the eggplants
- 3.Put the meat inside the eggplant slices
- 4.Cover it with the tempura powder
- 5.Deep fry it
