  • 肥牛600g
  • 洋葱200g
  • 花雕酒20g
  • 酱油30g
  • 老抽6g
  • 香油10g
  • 白胡椒粉0.5g
  • 盐2g
  • 蜂蜜15g/糖10g
  • 白芝麻3g
  • 洋葱200g

Instructions

  1. 1.把酱汁做了
  2. 2.把肉一层一层铺开,每一层都加酱汁
  3. 3.把葱花放在肉上
  4. 4.洋葱在锅里炒
  5. 5.把腌好的肉在锅了暴力翻炒,直到肥牛变色
