Ingredients

  • 一盒豆腐
  • 淀粉
  • 两个鸡蛋
  • 酱油
  • 蚝油
  • 蒜末
  • 葱花

Instructions

  1. 1.做酱汁:蒜末,蚝油,酱油
  2. 2.把豆腐切成片
  3. 3.把豆腐片裹上淀粉,然后鸡蛋液
  4. 4.下锅煎至两面金黄
  5. 5.倒入酱汁,煮至浓稠
  6. 6.撒葱花
