- 1.做酱汁:蒜末,蚝油,酱油
- 2.把豆腐切成片
- 3.把豆腐片裹上淀粉,然后鸡蛋液
- 4.下锅煎至两面金黄
- 5.倒入酱汁,煮至浓稠
