Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour (skin)
  • 1 cup cold water (skin)
  • 1 pound of ground pork (meat)
  • 10 g salt (meat)
  • 2-3g 十三香 (meat)
  • 2-3g 四川 pepper (meat)
  • 1 spoon 酱油 (meat)
  • 可以加点蚝油 (meat)
  • chicken broth - add until 70% solid, 30% liquid (meat)
  • 韭菜 3mm-5mm cuts (meat)

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix flour and cold water together, 柔 until it is at the right consistency
