Delicious Chinese chive pockets with a savory filling.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • chives
  • 虾皮
  • Sesame oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. 1.(馅)Scramble the eggs
  2. 2.(馅)Cut up the chives to 3-5 mm
  3. 3.(馅)Put 虾皮 in water to wash
  4. 4.(馅)Add sesame oil and salt
  5. 5.(皮)Mix hot water into the flour
  6. 6.(皮)柔 until texture is correct (this is going to be stickier than normal dumpling skin)
  7. 7.Mix the 馅 together
  8. 8.包韭菜盒子
  9. 9.Use oil to cook 韭菜盒子 on all sides, including thin bottom
