Ingredients
- •3 cups of flour
- •1 cup of hot water
- •4 eggs
- •chives
- •虾皮
- •Sesame oil
- •salt
Instructions
- 1.(馅)Scramble the eggs
- 2.(馅)Cut up the chives to 3-5 mm
- 3.(馅)Put 虾皮 in water to wash
- 4.(馅)Add sesame oil and salt
- 5.(皮)Mix hot water into the flour
- 6.(皮)柔 until texture is correct (this is going to be stickier than normal dumpling skin)
- 7.Mix the 馅 together
- 8.包韭菜盒子
- 9.Use oil to cook 韭菜盒子 on all sides, including thin bottom
